Welcome to LetMeFigure. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, AI generation services, and the purchase of any physical products from us. By generating a preview and placing an order on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

The Business: LetMeFigure is a registered business name of Oleksii Koniuchenko.

2. Service Flow & Contract Formation

The Preview Stage: LetMeFigure provides an interactive interface where users can generate or prompt a digital 3D preview of a model on screen. This digital preview is an accurate approximation of the geometry intended for manufacturing.

Order Placement: When you click "Pay Now" or complete the checkout sequence, you are making an official offer to purchase a physical 3D-printed replica of that specific on-screen preview.

Contract Confirmation: A legally binding contract is only formed when we receive your payment, confirm your order via email, and transition the approved file into our physical manufacturing queue. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order prior to the printing stage.

3. Custom-Made Goods & The Withdrawal Exception

⚠️ IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE REGARDING RETURNS: Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations, online consumers normally hold a 14-day "cooling-off" period to return goods for a full refund. However, this right is legally waived for goods manufactured to the consumer's unique specifications or clearly personalized items.

Because you are explicitly reviewing a digital preview of your design and ordering a custom, print-on-demand physical figurine manufactured specifically for you, all sales are final. You acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel, alter, or return your order once payment is processed and manufacturing has commenced.

4. FDM 3D Printing Quality Standards

We utilize premium fine-layer FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) settings (0.12mm and 0.2mm layer heights) to capture detail. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent physical traits of this additive manufacturing technology:

  • Subtle horizontal layer lines are a natural feature of the 3D printing process and do not constitute a defect.
  • Slight surface textures or minor roughness may occur on the underside or overhang areas of the figurine where structural support scaffolds were mechanically built and subsequently removed.
  • While the physical figurine will match the geometry of the 3D preview you approved at checkout, minor physical variances can happen due to plastic cooling and orientation optimization.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Pricing: All prices on the website are listed in Euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated and explicitly displayed as a separate line item at checkout.

Tax Exemptions: LetMeFigure operates under the small business threshold exemptions for Irish VAT. Therefore, no separate VAT is charged or levied on your transaction.

Secure Checkout: Payment must be completed in full via our secure third-party payment infrastructure, Stripe. LetMeFigure does not see, log, or store your credit card details.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Damage

Lead Times: Because every item is printed from scratch, delivery involves a production window (2–4 business days) followed by courier transport times. Any delivery estimates provided are projections and not strict guarantees.

Transit Damage: If your figurine arrives broken due to rough courier handling, you must take a clear photograph of the damaged product and its packaging and email it to stnew13.ak@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Verified transit damage claims will be reprinted and shipped to you entirely free of charge.

7. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Content

Platform Property: The website layout, generation logic, branding, and proprietary 3D optimization tools are the sole intellectual property of Oleksii Koniuchenko.

Copyright Infringement: Users are strictly prohibited from deliberate prompting or manipulation intended to clone copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary characters owned by third-party video game studios, media franchises, or brands.

Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to immediately cancel and fully refund any order that contains text prompts or generated imagery containing hate speech, obscenity, defamation, or illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU consumer law, Oleksii Koniuchenko (trading as LetMeFigure) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost gaming hours, data anomalies, or personal disappointment—resulting from standard shipping delays or minor visual printing variations.

Our total liability for any valid claim is strictly limited to the exact financial amount you paid for the specific order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed entirely by the laws of Ireland. Any unresolved legal disputes arising from transactions on this platform will fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
